Town of Payson, Arizona GIS Base Mapping Update - 2005

This project covers approximately 20 square miles. We completed a higher altitude project in 1996, which was the first Airborne GPS survey completed by an Arizona based firm. For both projects we used a subconsultant to perform ground control and Airborne GPS services. This update will provide a higher accuracy solution consisting of color digital orthophotography with a .5' pixel, planimetric data and topographic mapping with a 2' contour interval.


Young Arizona Digital Orthophotography - 2005

On this project we partnered with the client to perform Airborne GPS surveys. Then we provided color aerial photography, a digital elevation model with breaklines and two foot contours, along with high resolution digital orthophotos covering approximately 32 square miles.


Pahrump, Nevada Flood Plain and Water District Mapping - 2004

This multi purpose, phase driven mapping is being used for both floodplain delineation and water district design mapping. It meets or exceeds FEMA requirements and covers approximately 231 square miles in and around Pahrump, Nevada.

The specifications are for 1"=200' mapping with a 2' contour interval, delivered as AutoCAD files. This project shows our capability in managing and performing large projects over a relatively long time frame.


Glendale Transportation Improvement Projects - 2002-2005

Provide as needed color aerial photography, DTM, full planimetric detail and topographic mapping at 1"=40' with 1' contours and digital orthophotography covering many transportation corridors throughout the City.


Arizona People Mover at Sky Harbor Airport - 2003 - 2005

Provide a phased approach for color aerial imagery, DTM, full planimetric detail and topographic map products. In some areas we achieved photogrammetric accuracies of one tenth of a foot (.1') or better to support final airport design work.


I-15 Corridor Design Mapping – Las Vegas, Nevada – 2004

Provide color aerial photography, full planimetric detail and digital terrain modeling. Deliver full topographic mapping at 1”=50’ with a 1’ contour interval to NDOT Microstation specifications, the DTM/TIN and color digital orthophotography delivered as COT files.


I-215 Corridor Design Mapping – Las Vegas, Nevada – 2004

Provide color aerial photography, full planimetric detail and digital terrain modeling. Deliver full topographic mapping at 1”=50’ with a 1’ contour interval to NDOT Microstation specifications, the DTM/TIN and color digital orthophotography delivered as COT files.


Lake Mead Recreation Area Base Mapping – Las Vegas, Nevada - 2003

Perform GPS surveys for ground control and fly color aerial photography covering all twelve sites within the National Park Service jurisdiction. Provide topographic mapping with full planimetric at 1"=40' with a one foot contour interval, the DTM/TIN and digital orthophotography.


Gila River Indian Community GIS Base Mapping and Applications 2003

Provide color aerial photography and digital orthophotos using USGS DRG’s and DEMS covering over 600 square miles in Central Arizona. GIS applications were developed for the ArcGIS environment including custom image management tools (Aero View) and point extraction tools.


Pinetop Fire District GIS Base Map and Applications 2002

Provide color aerial photography and digital orthophotos using USGS DRG’s and DEM’s. The imagery was integrated into a data set we provided which included the DRG’s, DEM’s and US Forest Service maps. AeroView custom image management tools were also developed.


Gila River Indian Community Water and Sewer Lines 2002

Perform ground control services, aerial photography and topographic mapping at 1"=40' with a 1' contour interval for approximately 18 miles of sewer and water lines and numerous development sites.


Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge - Las Vegas, Nevada - 2002

This project covered approximately five miles of existing and proposed roadway and alignment along US 93 on both sides of the Colorado River. Mapping was completed at 1"=50' with a 1' contour interval in ADOT Microstation format with color digital orthophotos.


Sky Harbor 3D Modeling 2001

Provide color digital orthophotos, digital terrain model and full 3D planimetric detail to facilitate the development of a 3D Database called 3DAAP for applications involving obstruction analysis.


Loop 303 Design Mapping 2001

Provide color digital orthophotography, a digital terrain model, full planimetric detail and one foot contours for final design of this 22 mile freeway alignment in western Maricopa County.


City of Bullhead City GIS Base Map Development 2001

Provide GPS control surveys, aerial photography, 1"=100' topographic mapping with a 2' contour interval and major planimetric detail, digital orthophotography and GIS development services. The project covers approximately 43 square miles along the Colorado River.


Phoenix Light Rail Design Study 2000

Provide color digital orthophotography with a .4' ground sample distance using Airborne GPS for control. Follow up with design quality topographic mapping at 1"=40' with a 1' contour interval in Microstation format.
